Your analytics choice
Optional Google Analytics cookies help us understand which pages people visit, how they find us, and which booking or contact options they use. Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. Declining does not prevent you from viewing rooms, contacting us or booking.
We save your choice in your browser so you do not need to answer on every page. You can change it below or through “Cookie preferences” in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection in this browser and clears the Google Analytics cookies set by our website; it does not remove data already processed.
What we measure
For consenting visitors, we measure page views, general traffic sources, clicks to Booking.com, WhatsApp, maps and direct booking, checkout starts and confirmed direct purchases. A purchase event contains an opaque booking reference, the amount and MYR currency. A click to Booking.com or WhatsApp is recorded as a click, not a completed booking.
Our analytics integration does not send your name, email, phone number, stay dates, payment details or Stripe checkout session reference. It limits page URL parameters to campaign attribution fields. Automatic form collection, Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this integration.
Google may process technical information such as browser, device, network and cookie identifiers to provide its analytics service. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Enquiries, bookings and payments
If you contact or book with us, we use the details you provide to respond, arrange your stay, handle payment and support your booking. Direct card payments are handled by Stripe; our website does not collect your full card details. Booking.com, WhatsApp, Google Maps and Stripe operate under their own privacy terms when you use their services.
Website hosting and booking systems may keep operational records needed to provide the service, prevent abuse and investigate errors. Booking records may need to be retained for administration and applicable obligations. Contact us for assistance with access, correction or deletion requests; some records may need to be retained.
