What is the difference between Queen and King rooms?

Queen rooms have one queen-size bed; King rooms have one king-size bed. Both accommodate up to two guests and have air conditioning and a private bathroom. Layouts and individual features vary; check the selected room details before booking.

Is a private bathroom the same as an ensuite?

An ensuite opens directly from the bedroom. A private bathroom is reserved for your room but may have separate access. Check the room description or ask us to confirm the arrangement you prefer.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM, Malaysia time. Contact Arvena Living before booking if you need a different arrival time; it is subject to confirmation.

Can I book directly with Arvena Living?

Yes, when direct online booking is open, the direct-booking option on this page lets you check dates and pay through Stripe. Booking.com is also available, and our team can answer questions on WhatsApp.
